Prologue All I could see was darkness, and all I could feel was the pain, so much pain. Pain I could not describe or even talk about, all I could think to tell myself was "make it go away" or "don't hurt me anymore, please". Pathetic, I know, but the pain was so... so incredible, it took my breath away. Then, as fast as a bullet and as sharp as a knife, the answer stabbed me deep in the back.
